Hi I’m Catherine, a photographer, travel fanatic and mum to a redhead bombshell called Josh. For the past 18 years I’ve worked as a professional photographer across the globe. Photography is all I’ve ever known and been passionate about.
I graduated from London with a degree in photography, and then started my career as a newspaper photojournalist shooting mostly news & sport. I bring this documentary approach to weddings, working unobtrusively, capturing all of the moments, energy and excitement of the celebrations as they unfold.
I’ve photographed intimate elopements where I was both the photographer and the legal witness signing the marriage papers, to high profile celebrity weddings, and large 600+ guest weddings in the Middle Eastern desert. I’ve shot weddings on every continent (except Antarctica – yes please!). All weddings are unique and an incredible opportunity to photograph your story!
I’ve been lucky enough to be named a top photographer by Brides Magazine, and been featured by Martha Stewart, Brides, Harper’s Bazaar, Vogue, Elle and other publications.
As a travel photographer, I’m commissioned to shoot travel assignments for Condé Nast Traveler Magazine, Harper’s Bazaar, Assouline and more, shooting the world’s most beautiful locations and incredible hotels such as Aman, Como Hotels & Oberoi. I live in the British countryside with my husband and son, and when not working, can usually be found hiking with Josh in a backpack, on a spin bike somewhere, teaching scuba diving or hopefully roaming the medina in Marrakech, my favourite place in the world, and location of our own destination wedding.
