2,498 km around Iceland
In April I was lucky enough to embark upon an adventure around Iceland, driving the entire lap of the island in a week.
An incredible island which is virtually deserted apart from a few towns along the way, where N1 garages became an unmissable pitstop, and where I enjoyed the best meal of my life, twice, at the start and end of the trip in a little cafe called Fish. Driving 2,498km we encountered snow, wind, hale, snowstorms, a near death encounter with a glacier, avalanches, lava fields, hot pools and horses, lots of horses.
All shot on Fuji 400H 120 film with my very cold Contax 645, brrrrrrr, with processing by my lovely Los Angeles lab, Richard Photo Lab
